I got into agile without knowing it in 2005 when i founded my first tech startup and we started doing iterative development and generally following agile principles. After a realization that what we were doing had a name, I began coaching and advising larger companies on how to be agile, which has evolved into many consulting engagements since. That has led to my current consulting role as the Lead Agile Transformation Coach at the world's largest company-wide agile transformation. In that role I coach delivery teams, management teams, transformation leaders, executives, and train and mentor aspiring internal agile coaches. Truly living the dream every day!
