Have you been to Chinatown to eat before? What are your thoughts of Chinatown? If you've been, which restaurants have you been to and what are your favorite dishes?

I have, but it's been quite a while, so I don't recall specifically.

Is there a particular restaurant that you've been wanting to try in Chinatown but never have? Generally, what are your favorite foods?

Not really - I'm open to anything. As for my favorite foods, Pho is just about my favorite food in the world. Noodles (of all types), and anything spicy is great too.

As we are looking for the adventurous and those willing to try anything once tell us what is the strangest thing you've ever ate.

Depends on what you consider "strange", I've had escargot, Pho with tendon, tripe etc., sweetbread.

Would you consider yourself a lover of Asian food? If so, what country's cuisine do you love the most and why?

Absolutely. Vietnam, because of Pho. It's the perfect food - I'd eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner and be happy.

What's the main reason you wish to join this group and what would you like to gain from this group that will make your time worth while?

I'd like to find new places to go that I wouldn't find otherwise. I usually don't go to Chinatown much - I go more down ~6th and Washington or so, so it would be nice to find some new spots, and be able to get the "inside scoop" so to speak.

Introduction

Hi! I'm the IT Manager at a software company in Philadelphia, but I live down in Wilmington, Delaware. My fiancee have a love for food (of all kinds, but asian more than most), and always love to try new things.
