Have you been to Chinatown to eat before? What are your thoughts of Chinatown? If you've been, which restaurants have you been to and what are your favorite dishes?

I have walked through Chinatown before, but I have never stopped to eat at any of the places there. I have been meaning to. Just never got around to it.

Is there a particular restaurant that you've been wanting to try in Chinatown but never have? Generally, what are your favorite foods?

I am not familiar with any of the restaurants in Chinatown to have a preference. Usually I would have some food from the local store if that is what I am in the mood for. My favorites are not of the Chinese cuisine.

As we are looking for the adventurous and those willing to try anything once tell us what is the strangest thing you've ever ate.

Unfortunately I can not have seafood, only fish. With that being said I am limited in my mind of what I can eat. The strangest thing I have eaten would have to be eel.

Would you consider yourself a lover of Asian food? If so, what country's cuisine do you love the most and why?

I am indeed a lover of Asian food. Right now my favorite is Korean mostly. Why I am not sure. I would have to say, it started with watching the dramas. Having a few Korean friends in my life. I was introduced to the food.

What's the main reason you wish to join this group and what would you like to gain from this group that will make your time worth while?

I read the introduction to this group. I loved the passion that the group founder has for food. Also that he is willing to introduce others to new and authentic food. As I am a food lover and like trying new things I believe that this fits well with me. I am always looking to try and learn how to cook different foods. Then introduce them to my family and have a family night with something new to eat. What will make this group worth my while? Learning how to order the food I would like to eat in the regular language.

Hello, my name is Latasha, Everyone call me Tasha. I have lived in Philadelphia since the age of ten. As I got older my taste have changed a lot. In music and most of all in food. I am very interested in trying new foods, and cooking them as well.
