TopCoder Yay!

This is an idea that (I would imagine) has the least amount of prep time. We grab our laptops and get to a location that has wi-fi. Then we crack open a topcoder problem and chug away. Compare approaches and end-results. It would be a great way to analyze ourselves and improve our algorithmic thought processes (without being under the pressure of a impeding deadline).

Ofcourse the assumption here is that everyone will be well-behaved, not mean but constructive in commenting. May be we can pair people up and do peer reviewing. May be we can even have people complete the top coder problem beforehand and simply come in to have it peer reviewed by others. That way there really isn't a deadline.
