First Weekly Coding Session: Open Source Project (Superconf)

Aloha.rb will be having weekly Rails coding sessions on Mondays 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM for anyone who’s interested. We have been building an open source application for conference web presence called Superconf.

Initially the intended format is group programming using a projector with one person (at a time) using a keyboard and a mouse. We will be talking through our motivations and methodologies as we do each step. If you’ve been spending your free time pondering what’s the best way to learn more about Ruby and Rails in Honolulu, this is it – feel free to join anytime.

This week we will be making a new feature to add confirmed speakers for the conference to the public site through a content management system.
