What practices do you use to keep your body healthy?

Yoga, meditation, healthy eating, acupuncture, Chinese herbs, dream work, walking, swimming and riding my bike, and dancing sometimes.

What practices do you use to keep your mind clear of unwanted thoughts?

Meditation, yoga, affirmation, turning focus to being curious to out of negative thought patterns.

Would you like to feel even better than you feel now?

Yes, it's an ongoing process.

In what ways have you been inspired to practice better mind/body health?

The reward is clarity, feeling peaceful so returning to it and learning my discipline as I add it into my life.
