This week's Facebook topic is: Resource(s) that you are using to learn Kanji！
I am curious about how other people are climbing the kanji mountain. If we share methods, we can potentially be exposed to better methods of kanji acquisition. And make no mistake, this mountain must be climbed.
Being illiterate is not an option for members of this group :)
We should aim to be the same level as a Japanese native speaker. If we do not reach that goal, at least we will be close. But if we only aim to be Japanese language half-wits and then don't even achieve that goal...blech! If you know lots of kanji (or all of them), great! You have achieved something awesome and can be a resource to others that need some help. If you know no kanji at all, great! That means that you get to level your character :) Nothing feels better than taking a fresh Level 1 toon and leveling it to godlike status! Make whatever type of character you like with whatever progression works for you. You can do the Japanese school system kanji progression, manga/video game kanji progression, Remembering the Kanji kanji progression, JLPT kanji progression, Skritter textbook kanji progression.... the options are endless.
See you on Facebook!
