A friend of mine just wrote me and told me that they are trapping cats at UCLA- Harbour.  I dont know more than that right now, but these traps are left unattended for days at a time.  My friend liberated a cat this morning that had been in this trap all night, was soaked from the rain and people were just passing by as if she was the crazy one.  I dont know who is responsible.  I am waiting for more info.  Any suggestions???
