What we’re about
The mission of Vegan Toastmasters is to provide a supportive environment for vegans (and those on the path to becoming vegan) to learn and practice their speaking and leadership skills. Speeches relating to veganism, animal rights and welfare, the environment and health are encouraged.
Members of this meetup group are considered guests of the club. Guests are welcome to attend as many meetings as they wish for free and participate in the Table Topics session during a meeting. Meetup members interested in giving speeches can consider joining our club. To do so, speak to one of our club officers at a meeting.
Please note that we have an active membership that typically does not use this meetup page to RSVP, and we announce details of our meetings elsewhere online. Therefore, the number of RSVPs on this site is always understated. We typically have 7 to 15 people at our meetings.
