Hello Runners!

This is a group for sociable runners which started in June 2010 and is going from strength to strength. this is a great way to meet people, network, make friends while doing something that is fantastic for you! In the Great outdoors and exploring London's wonderful parks and great outdoors. What else could you ask for?

If you haven't come along yet, why not join us? If you are new to running, getting back into running, or a seasoned pro this is for you. Running can be enjoyed by all people, no mater what age, and for people of all abilities. I only started running in 2010 after a  dare and now I have the bug, I have done many 5 k's , 10k's my 1st 1/2 marathon and the Nike Grid Challenge. Before I did not even run for busses so, I figure if I can run; anyone can!

I want this to be a members meet up group you use it to organise runs or if you fancy a busy on your normal lunch run or after work run ask! schedule a meet up and see how many people you can meet and find!

The pace is relaxed and chatty. Generally we do a run of between 40 and 50 minutes, depending what people want, with an option for those who want to do a shorter run to head back sooner. At the end we all meet up, and go to a cafe or pub to chat.
