Our next ApéroChic will take place in the "soon t be opened" Ganzi.
Be among the first to discover this new lounge in Toronto!
Located in a historic mansion with an amazing bar surrounded by walls of windows, Ganzi is the perfect place to mingle. Complementary bite-sized dishes will be served alongside cocktails (7 to 9pm).
Based on “La Dolce Vita”, a philosophy that suggests that life as its happening in the moment, is to be savored and enjoyed, Ganzi offers a relaxed afterwork aperitivo experience unlike any other.
Featured drinks tomorrow are classic Aperitivo cocktails, crafted by Ganzi in-house mixologist João Machado, former head mixologist of Sofitel Luxury Hotels in Europe.
1) Negroni - $10
Gin, sweet vermouth and Campari, orange oils served over single iceberg.
Negroni is our favorite aperitif said to be invented in 1919 in Florence
by bartender Fosco Scarselli for Count Camilo Negroni at cafe Casoni.
2) Bellini - $10
Fresh white peach purée in a bubble of proseco.
Invented sometime between 1934 and 1948 by Giuseppe Cipriani, founder of Harry's Bar in Venice, Italy. Because of its unique pink color, which reminded Cipriani of the color of the toga of a saint in a painting by 15th-century Venetian artist Giovanni Bellini, he named the drink the Bellini.
3) Prosecco or sparkling wine based cocktail - $10
4) Regular bar rail (vodka crans, etc...) - $8
See you tomorrow!
