Small World Tournament and Open Gaming

We will return to our space above Affinity Computer (http://www.affinity-usa.com/) in Dulles where there are plenty of tables for us to play on and plenty of parking.

There will be a fee of $2 for the evening. In exchange for this fee you will get a store credit good for $2 off the purchase of beverages, snacks or games from Area 42 Games. The credit will be good for in person purchases only at this time.

Small World Tournament!

To celebrate the release of Small World: Underground this month we will hold a Small World Tournament. This will be a points based tournament where the top two players in a 4 or 5 player game will get points and continue to the next round. The final table will be the players with the most points after an appropriate number of rounds (based on number of participants) who will play a single game of Small World: Underground. Winner of that final game will be the winner of the tournament. There will be an additional fee of $1 to participate in the Small World Tournament.

The winner will receive a 50% discount off the purchase of Small World: Underground -or- $25 in store credit.

As always we will have a selection of Demo games available for people to play but we also encourage you to bring your own games to share.

We will have soda, coffee and other beverages as well as snacks and candy for sale at these events to help cover the cost of renting the space. As such we ask that no outside snacks and beverages be brought in. (Outside food is permitted for dinner items (pizza, fast food and such) or for folks who have dietary restrictions that our snack selection does not account for)

Please note that the location does not have an elevator and is up one flight of stairs. Also note that the restrooms are on the ground floor.
