Open Gaming at Affinity Computers

We will return to our space above Affinity Computer (http://www.affinity-usa.com/) in Dulles where there are plenty of tables for us to play on and plenty of parking.

There will be a fee of $3 for the evening. In exchange for this fee you will get a store credit good for $3 towards the purchase of beverages, snacks or games from Area 42 Games. The credit will be good for in person purchases only at this time. Regular visitors will notice the price increase to $3. The cost of the space has gone up so we needed to adjust things accordingly.

Membership

Area 42 Games now offers an annual membership. For $25 you get free access to the game nights, 25% off any purchase of games and gaming products. For an extra $5 per year you can get a family membership which includes two adults and associated children. Other definitions of family within reason also accepted.

Open Gaming

We will have a selection of demo games available for people to play but we also encourage you to bring your own games to share. We will have open tables for gaming on and as always we will have soda, coffee and other beverages as well as snacks and candy for sale at these events to help cover the cost of renting the space. As such we ask that no outside snacks and beverages be brought in. (Outside food is permitted for dinner items (pizza, fast food and such) or for folks who have dietary restrictions that our snack selection does not account for)

Please note that the location does not have an elevator and is up one flight of stairs. Also note that the restrooms are on the ground floor.
