Leave No Trace Training + Tipi Build
(Basic carpentry, building skills)
This is a weekend camping excursion in the Boney Mountain State Wilderness. Over the weekend, we'll be discussing Leave No Trace principles through hiking and activities. Through focused activities, hands-on field experience and both formal and informal discussions, you will be introduced to concepts and methods that will advance your knowledge of Leave No Trace issues, expand your repertoire of low-impact techniques and increase your effectiveness in teaching these important skills to others.
We'll be doing cooking and preparations, so you get to enjoy the wilderness to the fullest. There is even a pool for optional swimming.
Our workshop and LNT training will be centered on an organic lemon orchard. Check out the property here. (https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/900456)
