If letting go is your thing... join the tribal revival now! Move any way you wish to sounds from another world and sounds from this earthly world.  "We are spiritual beings having a human experience." When we dance "A Shamanic Disco TM" we are essentially emobodying the practice of learning to live in both worlds. Grounding in our earthly bodies, getting chaotic in the tribal let go, connecting with ourselves and community through contact movement, celebrating life through the real world of random spirited disco, and processing into a meditative melt down and finishing the evening together in sacred circle in community. Take care of yourself while on this journey of movement and music. Get out of judgment for yourself and others, be more of who you really are in a safe container, join the community who chooses the "Freedom To Dance", a weekly practice.

Inspired by 5 Rhythms and Ecstatic Dance. No talking on the dance floor, no shoes (flat dance shoes are ok, no street shoes), respect the space, bring a towel, water, and dress to sweat. Take care of yourself along this journey of free movement. You are not expected to keep up - sit, lay down, relax, meditate whenever your body needs it. "A Shamanic Disco TM" allows you the experience to practice taking care while living in both worlds. A "real" spiritual experience, real time, with real people.

No experience needed, come explore your edge with movement and music, fully supported in a playful, excepting community.
