I took a test on testmybrain.org (followed a link from faceblind.org) and got

Faceblindness is correlated with autism. It's pretty difficult to have acquired
prosopagnosia and not know it, but one who has developmental prosopagnosia has
never known normal face recognition and may appear almost normal at
recognizing people. Even Oliver Sacks didn't figure out that he has it until
after he wrote several books on neurological case histories.
