National Capital Astronomers Mtg: Dr. Rachel Osten, The Uses of Stellar Flares

This is a regular meeting of the National Capital Astronomers. The meeting is hosted at the UM Observatory. Presentations (speakers) usually go for about an hour + Q&A and then there is the usual club business stuff. There is observing after the meeting, WEATHER-PERMITTING!!

3300 Metzerott is for the UM Systems Admin bldg roughly across the street. We suggest that individuals meet there about 7 and then carpool over to the observatory parking lot as the Obs lot is a bit smaller!
