About Grand River Atheists
The Grand River Atheists [GRA] is a group that evolved to serve the needs of the Atheist and non-religious community in the Waterloo/Wellington area.
The GRA strives to;
- provide an accepting environment in which people can discuss belief systems and the harm religion has caused society,
- speak out in instances where human rights are threatened by ideology, and
- counter the negative stereotypes associated with atheism and non-belief
