Welcome to our Atlanta REIA Meetup!
Atlanta REIA is a membership based real estate education and networking club for real estate investors and other real estate professionals. Whether you've been involved in the real estate industry for years or are just getting started, you will feel at home at Atlanta REIA since we will be catering to all levels of knowledge and experience. We will be providing you:
- Access to local, national and international experts, trainers and experienced investors who are actively investing
- Access to local vendors and service providers that matter
- Fun, exciting network opportunities with other like minded professionals and industry experts
- Ongoing educational opportunities for new and seasoned investors on many different real estate strategies
- A platform to market your properties to other investors and buyers as well as allowing you to be the first to purchase other member properties.
- A Main Meeting on the 2nd Monday of each month
- Specialty satellite meetup groups that meet throughout the month at locations around town
- Other seminars, workshops, bus tours, webinars, teleseminars, and meetups throughout the year to keep you informed on the exciting and ever changing real estate market!

Tuesday, April 21st @ NOON: The Onsite Renovation Group with Don DeRosa and Chrissy Griffin will be meeting at 79 Mortimer St SE, Atlanta, GA 30317. This deal was purchased and closed over a year ago with Jeric Murphy.
We actually visited this property at Onsite back on February 18th, 2025. So what's been going on with this property?!?
On Tuesday, please join us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at one of our most challenging (and rewarding) projects yet!
After nearly 10 months navigating the Atlanta permitting process, we finally got the green light and pushed this project forward. What started as a much smaller scope of work has evolved into a major transformation, including an ~1,100 sq ft addition that was originally planned for just 300 sq ft.

The Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG), led by Chrissy Griffin and Don DeRosa, is an educational and networking group that focuses on the acquisition, renovation and retail resale (fix and flip) of single family residential homes.
The Onsite Group meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at NOON at an active renovation site, build site or rental property which will vary from month to month and be announced prior to the meeting on the Atlanta REIA Calendar at http://atlantareia.com/calendar/.
The Onsite Renovation Group is being sponsored by New Western and Longhorn Investment.
The Onsite Renovation Group will focus on properties inside the I-285 perimeter and the in-town neighborhoods. The purpose of this group is to allow both new and experienced rehabbers and investors to meet, network and share knowledge and experience with “hands on” access to real property.
The Onsite Renovation Group is not a sales venue and no selling is allowed. As always, there is no charge for Atlanta REIA members to attend. Guests & Non-Members can RSVP Online for Only $15 at https://Onsite.AtlantaREIA.com or pay $20 at the door.
