You're going to have to acquire and give us a lot more information about the opportunity, the company, the culture.
I know it's a junior position, but I don't see the value in not investing just as much into attracting junior developers.
Here's two good things to look over and use when reaching out. Perhaps pass it along to the person who is looking for a talented junior developer.
For the latter, if your company can speak honestly towards having most if not all of those checked off, don't just say so, explain it. :)
tl;dr: You're investing in something that changes the company, the culture, and most importantly, people's lives. Value that.
