I'm trying to automate a DoD "Active Duty Military" lookup to:

I'm confused by what I see in Firebug and Safari Developer tools.  Namely, no form data in the network request.

I'd love to be able to use a ruby gem to submit people to the SCRA page, and recover the output PDF.  I've used HTTP clients on pages before, but don't understand what javax.faces is doing.  I have zero Java experience.

Is the "myForm" data being coded into a request that I can't emulate from ruby?

(the OSD facility does support files, but the same automation problems must be solved to login and navigate to the point where a file is uploaded and a results file is retrieved)
