When done correctly, Agile can completely transform any group - from a team of five to an entire organization. In this presentation, Jennifer Fix will discuss the transition that 352, Inc. (http://www.352inc.com/) went through, the subsequent transformations Agile has inspired in the company and the practices that have led to 352's exponential growth in the past two years.

Jennifer Fix (or JFix, as she is more affectionately known) serves as the VP of Marketing & Client Services for 352, Inc., an Agile Digital Agency based out of Atlanta. Prior to her current role (which mainly consists of staying out of the way of her killer teams), JFix managed the Project Management Department as a Senior Certified Scrum Master and worked alongside a team of developers as their Scrum Master. She has worked in both traditional Waterfall and Agile methodologies and helps to coach teams through the transition from the dark side of waterfall development.
JFix graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) with dual degrees in Communications and Psychology. When she's not at work, she enjoys adventure races with her husband, tennis, movie marathons, Starbucks and Chipotle and above all else, exploring the world.
