I Can’t Even: Designing For Failure
Details
We're built to design for success. We go from idea to launch just trying to make the best thing we can make and rarely stop to think what might make our product fail. What makes our customers frustrated or simply unable to continue with our product?
When we think about what makes for a bad experience and design against that then we can better design for a good experience. There are lots of different kinds failures. Justin will examine 5 kinds of failure that every designer needs to consider when creating a product. Guarding against these types of failures can help create a truly exceptional experience where our products always meets the needs of our customers without failure.
