For our February tech night, let's talk OpenStreetMap! Longtime atx-osg'er Andy W. will lead us in learning more about OSM this month.

We'll kick off the night with a brief introduction to OpenStreetMap, then go into an editing tutorial. The second half of our evening will be one giant OSM mapping party. For those of you looking for an area to work on, we're going to specifically dive into the HOT-OSM project (http://tasks.hotosm.org/) tasker - and don't worry, we'll explain what exactly that means before getting started.

Make sure to bring a laptop or tablet to participate in the mapping party! Whether you're a seasoned OSM mapper, or a complete beginner wondering how to get started, all interested folks are invited to come out and start mapping!
