August Meetup - To be or not to be that is the question?

In an effort to get us a bit more webby I am keen to run another set of 20x20 sessions.
This was one of the best and most enjoyable nights I have been to at meetup.

So the 20x20 format is 20 slides and only 20 seconds per slide exactly (slides are set on a timer), you have 6mins 40 seconds to communicate your idea / technique / service / something you love / something you hate / why your design is awesome / why your design is not so hot / why you love flash / why you dont like javascript or ajax...

I am looking to many of the new members and members that have not talked yet to say "YES add me".
So if you are keen drop me an email and I will add you onto a list. Email tomorrow, but all in by this Friday beer time.

One thing I said when I took over meetup and still believe is that, "its not what meetup can do for you, but what you can do for meetup" yes I know its a bit corny but it really is why we have grown so big and feels like a pretty dam awesome group of people, we all share ideas with the group and in return we get so much value from everyone.

We need around 20 - 25 people to present, so again if you have ever wanted to talk about your favourite topic send me an email, [address removed] and I will put you on our list. Date for meetup is August 14th.

In other news, for our September meetup we have secured Jefferson Fletcher from the IE8 team to come and talk at meetup, thanks Nigel.
"Jefferson is a Senior Product Manager in the Internet Explorer team. Jefferson has been in the role for 12 ? years and is focused primarily on developers and community."

Cheers, John.
