Exactly-Once Streaming from Kafka:

This talk will cover key implementation differences for the Kafka streaming features in Spark 1.3 and how to use those features to obtain end-to-end exactly-once delivery of messages from Kafka.

Speaker Bio:

Cody Koeninger is a senior software engineer at Kixer in Austin, TX. He’s a contributor to Spark since version 0.8, with the implementation of JdbcRDD. Most recently he wote the KafkaRDD and DirectKafkaInputDStream experimental features included in 1.3
