Creating positive emotional change in the blink of an eye

Have you ever had a thought or emotion that you have trouble letting go of?  Let's face it, from time to time we go through experiences that leave lasting emotional impressions in our lives.  Some of these can be resourceful and positive, others less so.  If you had more choice in resolving some of these less-than-desireable thoughts and emotions, would that be useful for you?

It's been said that those who practice Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) learn a methodology and and acting attitude that leaves behind a trail of patterns and techniques that demonstrate excellence and create rapid change in different domains of people's lives.  One of the lesser-known tools developed through this methodology and attitude is Eye Movement Integration.

Developed over 20 years ago by Connirae and Steve Andreas, Eye Movement Integration allows practitioners to assist their clients in creating positive, lasting change with remarkable speed, what is ultimately the blink of the eyes.  Join Jaime Nichols as he shares the fundamentals of this technique.  Together, we'll watch a demonstration, practice the effect of eye movements on each others' experience, and discuss how this might be useful in a variety of NLP changework contexts.

Jaime Nichols is a consulting hypnotist, coach, and NLP Master Practitioner with over 8 years of experience using hypnosis for smoking cessation and other habit and behavioral change. His business Welcome Suggestions employs a variety of hypnosis and NLP techniques to assist clients in making a substantial difference in their lives.

Can't make it, too far North. Looked at past meetups to see where meetings tend to happen, did not see addresses for past meetups unless I was missing something. Are the meet ups always to the Samaritan Center?

I'm interested in seeing what the
Group is about. I met Bandler and worked with Dilts in the late 70s when I was the Director of Training and Development for Atari.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
