Austin PHP - All Your SPL Belongs To Us

Josh is going to be talking about the Standard PHP Library or the SPL as it is also known.

I am hoping that he will briefly cover Iterators before talking about the SPL datastructures and Interfaces, but we will see. Perhaps he will teach us how to throw the InvalidArugmentException in real life.

Great lecture. User knew his material, and seemed accepting of any and all questions in relation to the material. Well done.

Only my second meetup. I found the information offer prior to the speakers presentation useful. The presentations are a bit (or two bits) over my head. But that doesn't mean I wasn't impressed with PHP's evolving capabilities.
As a hopeful entrepreneur I do not see myself as a coder for hire, but I want to get to know Austin's coders if I might need them in the future.

What does that mean to be passionate about PHP - like, do you have to be pried away from your keyboard when you're programming! That has happened to me but it has also not happened. (From Travis J.) Is it correlated with firearms? I am trying to get with the program here.

Yea, I debated changing the wording when I scheduled it to the "proper" way, but the current title is slightly better grammar and I figured you all would get the reference without getting it exactly right.

Isn't it supposed to be "All your SPL are belong to us" ?
