¡Hola Pythonistas! This month's meetup we're going to get an introduction to Scrapy, a python library for building web spiders to crawl the web and aggregate content. We'll also have a round of lightning talks for anyone who has a small project to show off, technique they've recently learned or anything else you think the community needs to know about.
We are still looking for a sponsor for this month, so if your company or a company you know of is looking to get a chance to advertise to the smartest, best-looking and all around most awesomest Python meetup in the second half of the month in Austin, TX send an email to awpug-organizers@googlegroups.com
Per usual, we will meet at Capital Factory (701 Brazos St, 16th floor); if it's good enough for President Obama, it's good enough for us. Get there a little early to socialize before the talk. Afterwards, some of us will head to a bar to socialize further.
