Best Practices: WordPress Security and Disaster Recovery

Chris Wiegman, from St. Edward's University and Bit51.com will be leading a discussion on the best ways to protect WordPress and recover from disaster. Topics will include general security best practices, plugin and theme development, backups, and disaster recovery. Due to the nature of the topic and the vast differences in how it can be approached, instead of lecturing for an hour Chris will lead the discussion providing insights and experiences from his own efforts with the Better WP Security plugin.
