Come and hear MindCandy share how they work, at their offices in Shoreditch.
MindCandy develops new types of Multi-Player Online Games. After their first game Perplex City, they are now entirely focused on Moshi Monsters, the global phenomenon that is expanding offline into many new entertainment formats such as trading cards, magazines, books, music, toys and films. The company is a venture capital-backed startup.
Currently they are moving fast, collaborating using agile thinking, and we'll hear about their successes, challenges, and how UX and design are being integrated.
There's space for up to 35 people, so be quick, and please update your RSVP status if you can't make it anymore.
I manage an agile soft dev team in the travel industry and am keen to hook up with any other agile teams to organise a half/1/2 day "Agile Safari Swap" - let me know if interested!
A former colleague and friend is presenting. Sounds like it'll be a good evening.
Massive thanks to Mindcandy for sharing and to Johanna for organising. Really useful insight into how other places work. More please!!
Thanks to all who attended. We're writting a follow-up blog post and will invite comments. Would be good to continue the discussion.
Great to see everybody, thanks for coming and I'm glad you found the evening valuable. I can't thank Martyn, Raph and the rest of the MindCandy team enough - it was superb!
