Agile UX Safari @ Caplin Systems

Caplin Systems provides software and professional services that enable their customers to deliver data hungry, real time web trading applications on any computer, smartphone, tablet or other device. Duncan and his team will tell us about how they currently work. They are preparing for a structural changes in how the development teams are set up, so the plan is to visit them again in about 6 months to hear what has changed. Caplin do both their own product and consulting, so it will be interesting to compare the internal/external approaches to UX. A team that is lean and agile internally, but working with clients who might be new to this approach...this shall be a good one! Huge thanks to Duncan for sharing and hosting!
