From Concept To Print workshop!

This workshop will teach you how to shoot, edit and prepare your photo for print. Additionally, all participants will receive a beautiful, professional print of their select image from that day's workshop!

We will begin at the Phoenix Zoo for a photo walk, with creative input on image factors such as Subject, Composition and Exposure from Olympus Trailblazer, Alex McClure.

After shooting, we will head over to our second location, Vivyx Printing, around 11:30. After the lunch break, we will launch into the classroom portion of the event. We will review and sort through the morning's images and talk about image organization and catalog structures. After picking your best images from the day, Alex will show you how to edit them like a Pro and prepare them for printing.

Following a short talk from a professional printer & a tour of this high tech print production company, we will send each participant's selected photo to print. Your professionally printed image will be a perfect addition for your collection or will make for an ideal gift for your special photography enthusiast recipient.

With this exciting workshop, in one day, you will capture, edit and produce your finished images! This workshop will include Instruction, Zoo Ticket, Lunch and a Professional Print of your best image from the day's shoot!

You will need your camera, lens and laptop with your favorite editing software.
