1. Securing Web Applications with the Symfony 2 Security Component by Timon Schroeter

Authentication and authorization of users need to be taken care of in most web applications. The Symfony 2 security component makes both tasks really easy. The component can be used standalone, i.e. independent of the Symfony 2 Framework.

2. Scaling a SaaS backend with PostgreSQL by Oliver Seemann
   We're currently storing about 3TB of structured data in our PostgreSQL servers and I'm going to talk about how we manage it and which problems we solved.

3. Start using Your logs! Simple but effective logs visualising! by Michał Czeraszkiewicz
   The presentation will be about logstash - tool for managing events and logs.
