Dine In: Licence to Kill

So so so, it's been a while since I seen you guys. Summer's been busy :(. I thought it'd be nice to get reacquainted with some food and killing action >:3.  So I propose we watch Kill La Kill (you just may have heard of it :P) and Akame Ga Kill. The latter you may not have heard of, but it is coming out currently. One of my all time favorite mangas, the anime adaptation lacks for nothing. It may seem cutesy and moe, but boy does it take a left turn quick. Just like Game of Thrones, if you have a favorite character you're gonna have a bad time. Of course we can do the pot luck thing as always too. After all what's good entertainment and company with out good food :3? We can mess around making a menu when the date gets closer. Until then, mark your calendar, think of something tasty and get ready for double the killing action!

Again, food was so good. John's hosting is exceptional. BTW, I am really sorry to push 'Monthly shojyo Nosaki-kun'. I realized later that majority of people there really loves 'Kill a Kill' and I forced them to wait. I also apoligize if I screamed too much about Haikyu.
Since Rachel is hosting Halloween, I would like to host
'Japanese hot pot (nabe) and Japanese Horror (live) movie night in November. Check 'suggested meet up section'.

The manga is funny. I've only managed to find the time to watch one episode of the anime so far.

I will be attempting a beer bread with a very unusual brand/flavor of beer. Also, if no one objects, I will also be bringing along a 2-week old kitten who needs to be fed every couple hours. I figured most people would likely be okay with it, but I do want to publicly ask anyway, but I don't think I'll be able to go if I have to leave the kitten right now. Kind of just fell into my lap, and now I'm responsible for him.

Not that I am aware of. They just need to be fed very regularly when they're that young. I have to wake myself up at least once a night to feed him.

I had a great time. The food was wonderful and it was fun watching anime with a group of likeminded people. I can't wait for the next event!

Hi all, I haven't heard much of anything about deserts yet. Since my most advanced culinary skill is baking I plan to bring a home made chocolate chip cookie bundt cake. It should be very unhealthy and very delicious!

So so so, today is the day :3. Once again for those of you who know me, I'll be flying my colors outside my house. For those that don't, the skull and crossbones are the invite. If you have any problems finding the place[masked], don't be shy now ;3. Looking forward to it, should be fun on the bun >:3

I will try and stop at the store and bring some desserts (maybe some ice cream again). Other than that, my back is feeling good enough that I may bring out my seated massage chair and offer my skills.

Most likely, I will make inarizushi. (sushi rice in bean-curd skin.) So, go ahead to make rice ball. Just don't forget to use Nori. In addition, I may bring some Japanese home cooking samples. All depends on my time.

One revision, gonna make golden curry instead of yaki soba. I'm sure you've seen the stuff if you have watched any anime ever :P.
