The May Baltimore/Washington PHP Meetup

This location is shown only to members

For the May 2009 Meetup we are following up on our IDE meetup that we had back in March. The IDE topic generated a ton of interest, and opened up many questions. This month, 2 of our group members will be demoing 2 of the more popular IDEs. Patrick Wilson will be handling the demonstration of Eclipse w/ PDT and, Frank Font will be showing of NetBeans.

Patrick Wilson is currently working as a software engineer for Mindgrub Technologies, LLC in Oella, MD. His core practice is in PHP, and is knowledgeable in other languages. Mindgrub fuses technology with a training development process to create rich applications that focus on the end user experience.

Frank Font has over 18 solid years of paid experience in many technology areas, including database engineering, XML applications, SOA, and multi-tiered enterprise-wide system development. Frank has a Masters Degree in Computer Science with a concentration on Artificial Intelligence. He is also a certified Sun Java2 programmer and a certified project manager.

General discussion, Q/A, random chit chat will follow. We'll have pizza and drinks, so come hungry!
