Usual Barcamp format - feel free to come and talk about anything you like, doesn't have to be IT, we always get a very diverse crowd so someone will listen!
Talks are limited to 10 mins in the morning and 20 mins in the afternoon and we are going to be strict on time. Try and plan your talk to last half of the time so there is time for questions. We'll have 2 rooms available to us, each with projectors - so if you want to hook up your laptop to present, that's cool - just make sure you have a VGA output. There are also some more casual areas outside of the main room that can be used for informal talks
A few things that have been prearranged:
1. Speed networking
2. "show and tell" corner where you can bring anything that you want to show off. If you have anything commercial - it would be best if you show this here rather than taking up talk slots.
3. We'll try and video one of the streams - please let us know if you want to be videod
4. There will be prizes. You need to be RSVPd YES to be eligable for a prize though
5. Food is provided and there is no charge. I might be taking a collection for a nominated charity - so feel free to bring some spare change.
Apart from that - the day is yours, so if you have any specific ideas bring them along and try them out. We normally finish about 4pm.
Here is the rough schedule but this is VERY subject to change - as that is what Barcamp is all about:
