Barcelona Startups Demo Day

We are pleased to announce our very first Barcelona Startups Demo Day.

We will showcase 12 startups from our group that have been selected by our panel of experts.

6 will demo in the morning session and 6 in the afternoon session.

Each presenter will have 7 minutes to present their idea. The panel and audience will then ask questions and provide help and guidance for 13 minutes.

This is for you if:

You need help with your pitch and storytelling. You need guidance on strategy, ways to go to market, organization and bootstrapping. You are looking to raise capital for your venture - The pros and cons and how to approach investors. You are wondering how to structure your offering. You are wondering how to staff and hire the right people to take your venture to the next level. You are looking to network - One of the most critical aspects often overlooked by start up Founders. There will be a nominal 15 Euro charge for this event to cover the cost the venue PAYABLE ONLINE.

If you choose to pay in person the day of the event the cost will be 20 Euro. Seating is limited and cannot be guaranteed.

Submission guidelines for your Startup:

You will need a PowerPoint, Slideshare or equivalent.

You will need a small concise business plan and executive summary.

You will need a working prototype of your website/app.

If you have a demo video, this will help you as well.

The deadline for submission is AUGUST 26, 2012

The presenting start ups and the panel will be announced 10 days prior to the event.

The AXA Auditorium has all the tools available for each presenter to make his/her presentation remarkable.
