The effort and aim of this group is to make Yoga and related health & fitness classes and programs available to everybody for free or cheap.

Our group also aims to benefit the Bay Area health and wellness community, by offering local businesses exposure through promotional opportunities which would benefit the members of this group.

We welcome all ages, levels and experience ranges. Though our primary focus is Yoga, our events will range from running to biking, to group fitness glass as well as food and nutrition oriented events. We also hope to include some holistic, spiritual and meditative classes as well.

We welcome individuals and businesses alike to propose different opportunities and ideas to us.
