Beagles and Bagels @ Prospect Park

Prospect Park's Long Meadow gets hundreds of dogs for off-leash hours that last till 9. Beagles love it--even if they can't be trusted off leash. On the first Saturday of each month the local dog group FIDO hosts Coffee Bark, with free bagels and coffee out in the park. That brings out even more people and dogs. If you haven't been to the Prospect Park Long Meadow for the dog hours, you've got to check it out. It looks like the Rainbow Bridge come to life or a Seraut painting, only everybody in the park has a dog. Dog beach is close by.
