About The New York City Beatles Meetup Group

Tired of being a closet Beatles fan? Want to share your love of the greatest Rock 'n' Roll band EVER with many like-minded individuals?

Not only do we have monthly meetings in fine restaurants and other great locations, but members also get together for many of the Beatle-related happenings in and around the New York City area (i.e. Paul and Ringo concerts, tribute band gigs, conventions, sing-alongs, etc). This is a wonderful way to make lots of new Beatle friends.

How it works
Have a look around at the listings and keep in mind the following:
-- ALL events are open to absolutely EVERYONE.

-- Offical meetup events will have RSVPs. It is expected that if you RSVP YES, you will show up for the event. If you RSVP MAYBE, please try to have a firm decision by event day. If you must cancel please change your RSVP.

-- If an event does not have an RSVP it is either listed informally or for informational purposes. However, people may try to get together for the event so don't hesitate to ask questions about any events.

John Lennon - The site has some soundclips and videos and was supposed to have the whole collection for download. This is not yet the case. But it's John... so it's good.

Paul McCartney - includes news, lyrics, postcards, tour dates, message boards and shopping. Some new stuff is available for download.

Beatlesarama - A GREAT all Beatles internet radio station. There is a good collection of alt versions, interviews and Beatle related artists.

Notes On Series - Allan Pollack has done an analysis of Beatles songs. This is probably most interesting to musicians.

The Macca Report - Photographer Jorie Gracen's site dedicated to mostly McCartney, but also up to date with all news about all Fabs.

Q 104.3 Breakfast With The Beatles- Are you up early on Sunday mornings? Why not request your favorite Beatle song for dedication on our local classic rock station (you can stream it if you're out of area). The DJ, Ken Dashow is as Beatlemaniacal as you can get!

The Fab Faux - Speaking of Beatlemaniacs, this is THE Beatles cover/tribute band. No band knows or plays them better. When you see them, you might get extra points (or a t-shirt) for the correct answer to arcane trivia. Not to be missed.

Abbey Road on the River - Days of music and fun in Louisville, KY each may and now in PA in August. Music on multiple stages and Beatle bands from all over the world!
