Building websites is fun. It's also a really great way to make a living; freelancer or otherwise. But often times we hit some challenges along the way - projects morph and grow without promise of compensation, you're on a constant hunt for new clients which takes away from billable hours, and when you raise your rates (which you should always do with more experience), you often price out some great clients.

Melissa will walk through the benefits and challenges of hosting 1 day build sessions, and will talk about how she's able to make a full-time living in a fraction of the time so she can dedicate the rest of her time to running WIMP and other projects.
