Entrepreneurs and independent contractors may not be aware of the legal aspects and pitfalls of the work they are doing. Come to our presentation to get a lawyer's perspective on what you need to know about serving clients as a small business or working as a freelancer. Daniel Raff is a business and real estate attorney in Petaluma. As part of his practice, he represents independent contractors, small business owners, construction contractors, and a variety of real estate clients. A former prosecutor, he started his practice when he moved to Petaluma after his girlfriend was hired as a veterinarian at a local clinic. He loves Sonoma County (especially the wine) and is looking forward to starting a family here.
