Hello fitness junkies and aspiring athletes. If you want to get 2014 off to a roaring start--get in killer shape, lose weight and become stronger, get in to our Boot Camp class at Eisenhower. Generally the classes are fairly high intensity workouts based on CF WODS, but can be easily scaled for newbies and novices. We focus generally on basic body weight moves and power exercises with dumbbells and kettlebells. Jump rope, burpees, etc. It's challenging, fun and the end results are mind blowing!
Please note, many people are fearful of these types of workouts. Yes, they're tough, but we work with you to make sure it's SAFE and FUN!
So, for one day, leave the boring treadmills, ellipticals and machines aside and try something new and different.
