Tech Talk: Putting AI Agent Protocols into Practice with ADK
    Speaker: Kristopher Overholt (Google)
Abstract: MCP, A2A, UCP, AP2, A2UI, AG-UI: the agent protocol ecosystem is growing fast, each protocol solves a different problem, and it's hard to know what each one does or when to use it. In this session, we'll make sense of the landscape by starting with a simple agent and giving it new capabilities one protocol at a time with Agent Development Kit (ADK) from Google: tools and data with MCP, agent collaboration with A2A, structured commerce with UCP, payment authorization with AP2, rich interactive UIs with A2UI, and real-time streaming with AG-UI. Every protocol gets working code and a clear explanation of when and why you'd use it to build production-ready agents.

Tech Talk: Scaling AI Agents Without Losing Control
    Speaker: Michael Patterson (Coder)
Abstract: This session is for developers and platform teams who are past the experimentation phase and are starting to feel the need for real AI governance without locking themselves into brittle rules or approval-heavy processes. We’ll go deeper into how teams are: 1) Separating human and agent permissions; 2) Designing guardrails that hold up as usage scales; 3)Avoiding the most common governance mistakes teams make in their second phase of AI adoption; and 4) No policy docs. No compliance theater. Just practical patterns and tradeoffs teams are navigating right now.
