• Dave McCrory (@mccrory (https://twitter.com/mccrory)), Basho CTO: Data Gravity - Data Gravity and Complex Systems play a role in Cloud services and capabilities both inside Enterprise data centers and outside with Cloud providers. Data Gravity naturally draws applications and services closer to Data sources. Complex Systems create opportunities for dramatic changes and improvements in how we manage the interactions of Data, Applications, and Services. Dave will explore how to discover and leverage these behaviours and patterns to avoid lock-in, increased management costs, and derive other benefits.

• Robert Smith (http://www0.cs.ucl.ac.uk/people/Rob.Smith.html), UCL Centre for the Study of Decision-Making Uncertainty: Analysis of Big Data on human decisions, specifically "beyond the simple probabilistic models of behavioural economics, to models that include the real patterns of human emotion that established psychological theories would predict."
