Scaling the Guardian F8 App: How to scale out a highly dynamic Facebook application with little idea of expected load. Using Redis and MongoDB. Steve Pole is the CTO and a founding team member of Techlightenment, a social technology company which he joined shortly after completing a Computer Science degree at Oxford University. He was the creator of AlchemySocial.com, the leading self-service ad platform for Facebook advertising along with several other Techlightenment products.
