Talk suggestion "In-Memory Big Data with GridGain"

Hello,
I would like to suggest the talk "In-Memory Big Data with GridGain". I’m founder and CEO of GridGain Systems where we develop in-memory data platform for real time big data processing.

This presentation is split into two parts:

First I talk about big data and in-memory processing in general and why according to Gartner “in-memory computing will have the same effect as web and cloud”. The aim here is to sync up with the audience on all basic technical points about in-memory processing such as compute and data grids.

Second part of the presentation is a live coding of several simple MapReduce applications using GridGain and Scala. This is the most dynamic part of my presentation and is something that is unique about the way I present. There’s simply no other talk that shows how to build and run the MapReduce app live in front of the audience from start to finish.

I’ve done this and similar presentations for the last 5 years at over 50 venues (in US and internationally). I’m experienced speaker and this type of presentation is extremely well received by engineering audience.
