It is FRIDAY! Leave the computer, step off the bar stool, and come play in a new way, nurturing and refreshing your spirit with a fantastic RAW VEGAN Desserts making class!

Introduction to RAW VEGAN Desserts is a deliciously sweet class that will cover the secrets of raw vegan dessert techniques, teaching you how to make spectacular and nutritious treats without white sugar, flour, gluten, eggs, or dairy. Great for people with allergies/sensitivities!

Come and learn how to make CACAO* truffles, creamy puddings, cake, icings, and more. Be educated about the benefits of using nutritionally dense ingredients such as Irish moss, goji berries, cacao butter, coconut oil, fresh vanilla beans, herbal tinctures, etc… learn how to fill and utilize a pastry bag to pipe designs. Take the invaluable techniques home to creatively inspire and make the dishes for family and friends.

We will have a blissful night of mmm-mmm-yummy RAW VEGAN chocolaty truffles and cake in addition to fruity treats. Come to learn how to prepare magical healthy desserts, enjoy fabulous conversation, listen to great music, and meet new friends.

Chef Sarah Eve Cardell is The Culinary Shaman, making magic in kitchen and healing from the heart. She uses yoga, shamanic, crystal, tarot, and nutrition knowledge for whole-body wellness and healing. Sarah Eve creates visually and nutritiously inspiring cuisine. Her decadent desserts and savory entrees prove that healthy food can be uniquely delicious. She has worked extensively in NYC, Bali, and Singapore, designing menus utilizing local flavors, and specializes in luscious raw, vegan, and gf desserts. *The Mayans and Aztecs believed the cacao tree was given to them by the gods; Aztec legend shares that the god Quetzalcoatl brought the cacao from the heavens to the sacred gardens of the priests. The chocolate bean became so valuable that it was used as a form of currency, given the name "black gold" by Spanish conquistadors who introduced chocolate to Europe. The Greek genus “theobroma cacao” also translates to "food of the gods". Be a god/goddess and eat more chocolate!!!
