Hey guys, its time to jump on your bikes and spin into shape.
** All new member profiles must have a photo before approved!
Everyone is welcome!
Expectations of members include:
- You are able to ride a minimum distance of 15 miles for regular rides and a minimum of 25 miles on our longer rides
.
- *Must wear a helmet on group rides, NO exceptions*
- Bring Nutrition i.e. Water/Gatorade, Gu, Power Bars
- RSVP one way or the other for events. Does not take long to say Yes or No.
- Be able to smile and have fun :)
